Ukulele Camp for Kids

At this camp, kids ages 8-12 will learn how to play the ukulele! They will learn how to read music, how to play chords, how to strum, and play songs that they love! On the final day of the camp, the kids will perform a ukulele concert for their friends and family!

Carrie

Carrie comes to Accurate Performance after teaching public school music and voice since 2010. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas. A Texas native, she is so pleased to have joined the Erie community in January of 2024. Carrie has been singing for over 20 years and has performed and directed concerts, plays and musicals all across the state of Texas. Some of her most notable adult productions include "Into the Woods" (the Witch), "RENT" (Mark's mom/Music Director), "Godspell" (Joanne), "Sweeney Todd" (Lucy/Music Director), "Legally Blonde" (Music Director) and "Little Shop of Horrors" (Music Director). In her teaching capacity, Carrie has directed students in such productions as "Aladdin", "The Little Mermaid", "You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown", "Newsies", "Shrek", and many more. In Erie, Carrie is a member of the Erie Philharmonic Chorus.
